With New Perspectives Coaching, we offer two leadership coaching service package plans: the Custom Package and the Group VIP Day Intensive Package. The Custom Package allows a flexible timeframe, session frequency and duration, tailored solutions for each client’s unique career goals. The Group “VIP Day” Intensive Package offers a focused, high-impact coaching experience condensed into a single day. It is targeted for clients in a group setting, particularly from the same workplace setting, who want rapid results and are willing to invest in gaining insight and strategies as a team. The pricing and key components included in the Custom Package are listed in the Career Coaching Service Package Price Plan section. The key components to the Group “VIP Day” Intensive Package includes: 1. Initial FREE consultation (60 min. intro. conference meeting, 60 min follow up initial consultation) 2. An all-in-one structure, one full day, one group coaching session: Morning Session (3 hours) Lunch Break (1 hour) Afternoon Session (4 hours) 3. Pre and post-day support components Pre-day: Welcome packet with preparatory exercises Initial consultation to align expectations Client questionnaire to gather information Post-day: Detailed action plan summary Follow-up email support for questions, accountability Group “VIP Day” Intensive Package Pricing: Initial FREE consultation (60 min. kick-off conference meeting, 60 min follow up initial consultation) Full - day an all-in-one structure, one full day, one group coaching session (7 hours “VIP Day”) $100.00 x 8 hours, $800. Pre-day preparation materials and travel $80.00 x 8 hours is $800. Post-day email (no cost)
